Pricing
- Pricing is effective July 1, 2008 and subject to change without notice.
- Merchandise is available in single units, allowing xpedx employees to purchase for business use, or for themselves and their families.
- For large-quantity orders, additional discounts may apply. Contact Signet's xpedx team for quantity details and pricing.
- Orders delivered in Tennessee are subject to a 9.25% sales tax.
- Shipping/handling charges will be added to each order.
- Refer to the "Billing and Shipping" screen at checkout for shipping/handling charges. Residential deliveries require an additional $2.30 charge for shipping/handling.
Shipping
- FedEx 3-5 day service is provided unless otherwise requested.
- Rush/express services (two-day or overnight delivery) are available upon request.
Payment - Corporate Purchases

- Direct bill: Net 15 days, approved credit required
- Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.
- xpedx requires an "S&A" (cost center) number be provided for purchasing all non-catalog ("Spot Buy") items. Providing Signet with the S&A number does not constitute payment. Signet requires use of a credit card (in some cases, the approved direct-billing procedure may be used).

Signet's Return Policy
- Returns will be accepted on any merchandise in new, unworn, resellable condition within 30 days of purchase. No restocking fee will apply, but customer will be responsible for return freight charges, as well as freight charges on the original order (if applicable).
How to Return Merchandise
- Contact a Signet representative to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number at:

- Write the RA number on the outside of each box/carton.
- Ship your return to:
